According to today's
Publishers Weekly, Marshall Smith has announced his retirement, and while he will remain active with his outstanding Boston-area independent bookstore,
Brookline Booksmith, he is putting the sister store,
Wellesley Booksmith, on the market.
An established Boston-area bookstore in an affluent and very literate area for sale... I know this is hugely tempting for anyone who loves books in the Boston area. Any takers?!
